Compared with my previous provider, the switch was far less bother than I expected, and I was dreading it. The team talked me through porting my landline number and it was all done within the week. I was also glad the monthly bill came out a little under what I had been paying before, with no hidden extras appearing later. I'd happily suggest it to my sister.
Read moreNeeded a new sim quickly because my old one stopped working, so I was after something I could get sorted fast. The sign up itself was fine but the sim took nearly a week to arrive and I was without a signal for days. Not what I needed when I was already stuck.
Read moreI was pleased that the money arrived within two working days of approval, which is quicker than I expected from a lender I hadn't used before. The initial application did ask for more documents than I'd anticipated, and it took me a little while to find where to upload them. Read moreHonestly the quickest bit of admin I've done all year. Filled in the form on my phone while waiting for the kettle, got approved before it boiled and the money was in my account the same afternoon. Repayments come out on the day they said they would, no nonsense.
I signed up for a monthly SIM only deal, my first time with them. The setup took about ten minutes on the site and the card arrived in two days. Happy so far.
Got approved within about an hour which was great, and the cash went into my account the next morning. Setting up the direct debit for repayments was a bit annoying though, the app kept timing out and I had to do it twice. Once it was sorted it's been fine, reminders come through before each payment. Customer chat was helpful when I got stuck.
I'd been on a big name network for ages and paying far too much, so compared to that this was a real saving. Signing up took maybe fifteen minutes online and the sim turned up the next working day. First time with a provider like this so I was nervous, but it's been smooth so far.
Honestly a good first experience, signing up was easy and nothing went wrong. Data is fast enough and the bill matched what I was told. Only wish the welcome email came sooner.
