Honestly it's good value for what you get, and I did look at a few other hosts before picking this one. Adding my email accounts took longer than I'd like because the instructions were spread across a couple of pages. Otherwise the site has been fast and the price has stayed put.
I needed somewhere to put a small online shop for my candle business without paying for loads of extras I'd never use. The basic plan covered it and the setup took about twenty minutes. The one niggle is that the email accounts are a bit clunky to set up, but it does the job for what I need.
