Compared with the other animation software we looked at, this came out a fair bit cheaper for what we needed. We run a small training business and only make a few videos a month, so the monthly plan suits us better than the big yearly contracts. The characters are nice, the library has plenty of backgrounds, and I got the team set up in an afternoon. Good value for a small outfit like ours.
Read moreFirst time using it and the verdict is it's fine but the signup asked for more details than I expected, including a company name I didn't have. The trial did give me access straight away once I'd got through it. The editor is easy enough to use once you're in. Support took two days to answer my billing question, which was a bit slow.
Read moreI run a small plumbing business and needed a few explainer videos for the website without paying a studio. The monthly cost is reasonable for what you get, and I didn't have to pay extra for the export options I actually use. Exporting the finished clips took about five minutes and the file sizes were sensible for uploading. Good value and no nasty surprises on the bill.
Read moreI needed something to make short animated posts for our café's social media, since we don't have a budget for a designer. I'm new to this kind of thing so I was relieved to find the templates did most of the hard work. The only niggle is that the free fonts are limited and I had to buy one. The posts look lovely and customers have noticed.
Signed up on my phone and the email verification took a while to arrive, about ten minutes, so I nearly gave up. Once I was in the app it was fine, the scene timeline is easy to follow and I put together a 30 second product intro for work over lunch. The export took longer than I'd like but it finished without errors. Would be nice if the verification was quicker.
It's good and does what I wanted for my first project, a short video for my dissertation presentation. The price is a bit steep for a student budget though, so I'm on the lowest plan and it's fine. The editor took me a little while to get used to, and the help pages were useful. The final file looked clean and the presentation went down well.
