Honestly one of the easiest bookings I've made with a service like this. I got in touch through the site on a Monday, had a call back the same afternoon and everything was sorted by the end of the week. The person I dealt with explained each step without making me feel daft for asking questions. Would use them again without a second thought and I've already told my sister about it.
