I went for the largest unit to store my workshop tools and a motorbike. The size listed matched what I found when I got there. Easy to access and the price was what I expected.
Read moreI needed a place to keep some of my late husband's belongings while I decided what to do with the house. I did wonder whether the monthly charge would creep up, though it has stayed as quoted so far. The staff were patient when I rang with questions, and I would think about them again.
Read moreWhat struck me first was how clear the price breakdown was when I signed up, which I appreciated. The sign up took a little longer than I'd have liked as I had to upload a copy of my ID twice. Once I was set up the staff were very patient with my questions about the access gate. It's a fair arrangement and I'm content with it.

I booked a small unit to store boxes and a old sofa while we cleared the loft. The unit was a good size and the lock was already on when I arrived. Nice and simple, I'd happily use them again when we need to shift things.
I went for a small unit with a lower monthly rate and it has been spot on for keeping my spare furniture. The fee was clear at checkout with no extras added on later. Good value for what you get and I can't fault it for the money.
The gate code worked first time, which I did not expect. Needed a unit for a few months while I was between flats and it was a quick booking on the site. Unit was clean and easy to get to with the van. Would use again.
Compared to the lock-ups near me this feels far more secure with proper cameras and a gate. Booking was quick and the unit was ready on the day. Would go back.
The price shown at checkout was the same one I paid, no surprises at all. Booked a unit from my phone on the bus and had the access code within minutes. Smooth from start to finish, did what I needed.
The unit I was given was spotless and smelt fresh when I went in to drop off my bits. I'd booked it for a few months while I sorted a new flat. It was really easy to book online and the team sent a clear confirmation straight away.
I needed extra room to hold stock for my small online shop, so cheap and flexible was important. The monthly price is fair for what I get and the unit has kept everything dry. The team were quick to answer my email about insurance.
Having used plenty of self storage over the years, the first thing I checked was whether the unit was actually dry and secure. It was, and the doors seal properly with a decent lock. The booking was quick and the pricing matched what I'd been quoted. Solid all round.
Compared to the lock-up I used before, this was far easier to get into and there's no fiddly key to lose. The booking page showed exactly what I was paying each month. I was in and out within the hour when I dropped stuff off.
We were moving flat at short notice and needed somewhere to keep furniture for a few weeks. I looked at a couple of other places first but they wanted a longer minimum term. This one let me pick a shorter booking and the unit was clean and dry when I got in. Would use them again.
What I liked most was the reminder email before my booking renewed, which stopped me getting caught out. I could see my balance in the account and paying was simple. The unit is easy to get to and I've had no trouble at all with the gate.
