I needed a recognised qualification to keep my role at the care home and this was the one my manager recommended. The enrolment was clear and I was told exactly what to expect week by week. The tutors have been thorough and the assessments were fair. I am very grateful for the support throughout.
Read moreNeeded a re-sit booked fast after failing the first attempt, and the site was slow and kept logging me out halfway through the form. Had to start again twice. Eventually got through but it was a faff and I lost half an hour I did not have. Not impressed with the booking side.
Read moreCompared to the online alternatives this is noticeably pricier, and I did think twice before signing up. The course itself is solid and the tutor was helpful. Booking was straightforward but I had to wait four days for someone to confirm my start date, which was frustrating.

I signed up for the 12 month course online last September and it has been spot on. Booking took about five minutes on my phone, the login works, and I can pick up the materials whenever I'm free in the evening. Support answered my one question within an hour.
I booked the revision workshop for my final exams and I am glad I went with it. Compared to the others I looked at, the sessions were smaller and the handouts were genuinely useful. Booking was quick and the reminder emails were helpful without being pushy.
Compared to going through my bank this was miles quicker, I had the money in my account the same day I applied. Filled the form in on my phone during my lunch break and it just worked, no calls needed.
I would say the tutor service has been excellent, and I am very glad I went with it. My tutor was patient with me and always replied to my messages the same day. The booking was straightforward and I didn't need any help with it at all, which suited me well.
I use the online portal to check my marks and it is far better than the paper letters we used to get. Everything is in one place and it updates the same day. I compared a few other places before choosing here and this was the easiest to use.
The booking screen on the app is the bit I like most, you can see the slots and pick one quickly. I've been a customer a while now and it has got better each year. Confirmation came through straight away.
Honestly the easiest thing I have done all term. Sent my documents in through the app, got a place offer the same week, and the timetable came through without me chasing. Lessons are good too.
I would say this was the right choice for me, and I have no complaints at all. The enrolment process was straightforward and the tutors have been patient with a retired person like me who is new to online learning. I am glad I went ahead with it.
Needed a course sorted quick before my new job started on Monday so I was on the site on my lunch break. Sign up took about five minutes and I had the login straight away, brilliant.
