Signed up for a monthly plan to cover my car insurance top up and the whole thing took about ten minutes on my phone. I was a bit nervous putting my details in but the checks went through quickly and I got a confirmation straight away. Payment came out on the day they said it would and the first month has been fine so far. Support answered a quick question I had within an hour too.
Read moreHad a look at a few other services before picking this one, and it's about average on price, not the cheapest I found. Signing up was fine but the account verification dragged on for nearly a week before they confirmed it. Once it was sorted the service has been decent enough, and I'd probably take it again if nothing better turns up.
Read moreI needed to consolidate three old workplace pensions into one place before I changed jobs, and I've been through a few of these platforms before. What I needed was clear fee breakdowns and a way to see every fund in one dashboard. The transfer request went through without the usual back and forth with the old providers, and the status updates were clear at every stage. Good value for what it does.
Read moreI have been with them for about eight years and I looked at a couple of rivals last spring to see if I could save money. The other companies quoted a bit less at first but the small print added charges that worked out higher over the year. Their support has been reliable throughout, though the call queue on a Monday morning can be long enough that I've given up and tried later.
Great app, booked a cleaner for Saturday and she turned up on time. Sign up was quick. Only thing is the price is a bit more than the other one I looked at, but it's fine.
Compared with the first provider I tried, this was much easier to get through, and the eligibility check told me straight away whether I'd be accepted. The application itself took a bit longer than I'd like because it asked for a few documents twice, but once it was in the decision came the same day. The money came through in a couple of days and I've been paying it back on schedule since.
The first thing that struck me was how clear the eligibility check was, it told me up front what I'd need. I looked at a couple of others before picking this one. Approval took longer than I expected, nearly two days, and I had to chase them once by email. Once it was through the service has been decent.
