The first thing I noticed was how the repayment schedule sits right on the home screen of the app. I've used a few lenders now and this one lays things out better than most. The only thing that bugs me is the app times out if you leave it open too long while you're filling in the form.

Way quicker than trying to get a loan through my bank app which kept asking me to call. This one was all done on my phone in one go, though it took ages to get a reply when I had a question about my first payment date so I wasn't massively thrilled about that bit. Money turned up though.

I needed the cash to book a last minute flight home for a family emergency. I compared a few options first and this was the one that gave the clearest answer. The money came through fast but the interest is a bit steep for what it is.

I checked three or four sites before picking this one and the fees looked lower than the rest. Not much to say beyond that, it was quick enough to set up.

I needed short term cash to cover a gap before payday and knew the market reasonably well. Application was quick and I got the approval the same day. The only snag was the verification step asked for a document I had to dig out.

I have been borrowing from this company on and off for years and the application side has always been fast for me. Last time the first repayment date got moved after I asked a question, which took a few days to sort out through their chat. The money itself came through the same day as usual and the repayments have run smoothly since, so it's only a small niggle on an otherwise solid experience.
