Way better than my bank for this, honestly, their overdraft fees are mad. Applied through the app on my lunch break, took maybe ten minutes and they said yes the next day. The money landed in my account quickly and the repayments come out on the date I picked. Really easy to see what I still owe too, which is nice.
Read moreBought a short-term loan through the site to cover a deposit and the application itself was fine. The interest works out noticeably higher than the credit union I'd looked at, and I only realised once the agreement came through. Money arrived on time and the repayments are easy to set up in the app. Next time I'll compare the total cost more carefully before I go ahead.

Read moreHonestly one of the easiest bits of money admin I've done. Application took five minutes, got a yes that afternoon and the cash landed the next day. Only tiny thing was the app asked me to confirm my address twice, but that's no big deal.
Compared with my bank's overdraft this loan worked out a bit cheaper per month, and the app makes it easy to see what I owe. The sign up asked lots of questions about my job, which took longer than I'd like, but the decision came back the same day. Money landed the next morning and it has been smooth since.
Compared with the other lenders I've used over the years, this one still comes out ahead for the rate and the way they explain things. I've borrowed from them three times now. The only thing I'd flag is the bank statement upload, which took a couple of goes before it accepted the file and wasn't quite as smooth as the rest. Money arrived on time as usual and the repayments have never gone wrong.
I took out a personal loan to fund new kitchen units and the application form was clear enough, although the bank statement upload took a couple of attempts. Once approved the funds reached my account within a day or two. The monthly statements are easy to read and I've had no surprises so far.
