I have dealt with a good many organisations over the years and I can say this one is among the most straightforward. The arrangement was explained to me with patience, and I was asked whether I had any questions before I committed. The staff were courteous and the follow up was prompt, which I did not expect. I would have no hesitation in going back to them if I needed their help again.

I booked the initial appointment online which was perfectly sensible and clear. The session itself was useful and the person was knowledgeable about the options. However I did wait a fortnight for the follow up call that had been promised, and that was rather frustrating. Once it happened the rest of the arrangement was handled well.
