Easily the best option I looked at for getting my flat managed. I compared three letting agents and their fees were the most transparent, with the costs listed clearly on the site. The inspection reports arrived by email the day after each visit.

Read moreThe monthly price was the lowest I could find for what I needed, and I checked three other places first. Signing up took about ten minutes on the app and I didn't have to chase anyone for paperwork. The person who came out to do the work was polite and got on with it. I'd use them again for the next round of jobs.
Read moreI have been managing rentals for years so I know what a fair fee looks like, and this one sat right in the middle of the market. I signed up for the landlord package and the onboarding was quick, with the documents pre loaded. One small thing: the first monthly statement format took a bit of getting used to.
The app showed me the full cost before I signed up, which I wasn't expecting. Someone rang me the next morning to confirm the details. Only thing was the confirmation email took a while to arrive.
Compared with the other site I had been using, the costs here are a touch higher per month but the contract is shorter. I have been a customer for a few years now and the service has stayed steady. The only thing I wish was different is the renewal reminders, which arrive late.
