Switched over from the free version of another privacy service and this is miles better for the money. Been a customer a good few years now and the monthly scan of sites holding my details has never let me down, the emails are clear and to the point.
Read moreCompared it with the other big name and this one flags far fewer listings on my details. I expected the removal requests to be more hands on than they are. It works, but I would have expected more from the price.
Read moreCompared it with a couple of other services that do much the same, and this one is pricier once you add the extras. I wanted to cancel a plan I had taken on by mistake and the refund form was fiddly to find. It took several emails and about three weeks before the money was back. The service itself has been decent enough and I do not regret trying it.
Read moreI use the data broker dashboard every week to check which sites still have my address. Shows you exactly which listings came back after a removal. It can be slow to load on my old phone, but the information is solid.
I set up the auto removal request for a people search site that kept popping up under my name. The request itself was quick to send, though the site took a few weeks to confirm. Still, the listing is gone now and the dashboard shows it.
Compared it with a rival that takes a week to start removing listings. This one begins within a couple of days and the reports are clearer. The price is a little higher than the cheapest option.
The sign up took about five minutes and I was in straight away, which was the first thing I noticed. First time using it so I wasn't sure what to expect from the first scan, and it did take a day or so before the results showed properly on my dashboard. Once it was going the alerts were easy to follow and I've not had any trouble since.
I needed something to stop the endless junk calls and emails after my details got about. I have been a customer for a good few years now. Renewal is simple, the support team picked up when I rang, and the removals still happen in the background. Only dinged a star because the app redesign made the menus harder to find.
