The loan went towards replacing a section of the roof after the winter storms, which was a bigger job than we expected. My husband and I looked at the options carefully and this one offered the clearest explanation of the monthly payments. The application was completed over the telephone with a very polite adviser who talked us through each step. The funds were transferred promptly and the…
Read moreCompared with my bank's personal loan this works out a fair bit more expensive over the term, which I didn't expect. The application was quick enough and the money came through the next working day. Customer service took a few days to reply to my question about early repayment though. Repayments are taken as agreed, though the reminder emails could be a little clearer about the due date. A minor point, but I did have to check twice.
Applied on the app on Tuesday and the cash was in my account by Wednesday morning. The repayment schedule took a bit of time to understand but it's fine now.
