Compared with the courier my neighbour recommended, this was much more straightforward to organise. I found the booking page clear and the price was reasonable for a parcel to Scotland. The collection came at the time I'd chosen and the driver was polite about the box being a little heavy. My parcel arrived without any fuss, and I was glad to have found them.

Sent a few messages through the app before anyone replied. Price was fine. Parcel got there eventually but I'd rather not have had to chase.

Booking took about five minutes and the parcel was collected the next morning as promised. Only thing is the tracking page takes a while to update after collection, but nothing to worry about. Will use again.

First time using them so I compared with the post office down the road, and this was a fair bit cheaper. Signing up was simple enough, though it asked me to verify my email twice. The collection driver was late, about two hours past the window, and I had to message support to find out why. The parcel got there in the end but took an extra day.
