needed something for my hayfever

I needed a prescription for hayfever tablets as the chemist was out of stock, and I went online on a Monday evening. The consultation itself was fine, though I did wait a fair while for the doctor to get back to me the next morning. Once it was approved the medicine arrived promptly.

First time ordering my inhaler

Got my reliever inhaler through the app on a Thursday. Took a few minutes to fill in the questions and the order went through straight away. Price was fine, a bit more than I'd like but it's ok.

Tried a few places first

The first thing I bought was a repeat of my allergy tablets after comparing a couple of other online pharmacies. The price was on the low side and the ordering was simple to follow. The delivery took a day longer than the other site I had looked at, but the medication was correct.

Cheaper than the high street but ordering was fiddly

Compared with the chemist down the road, the prices here were a bit lower for my regular tablets, which made the switch worth it for me. The problem is the repeat order process, which kept asking me to confirm my address each time and then logged me out halfway through. Once I got past that the medicine came next day and the packing was tidy. I have stuck with it, though the checkout could be smoother.

better than the queue at the surgery

Compared with waiting weeks for a slot at my GP surgery, getting a consultation through the website was a far more sensible option. The questionnaire took a little while to fill in but the doctor responded the same afternoon. I did find the price slightly higher than my usual chemist, so I have knocked a point off for that.

better than the high street chemist

Compared with paying a chemist to fill a repeat for my cholesterol tablets, the online route has been more convenient, though the price is a little higher than the big supermarket. Reorders are simple once you have set them up. The one niggle is that the reminder emails arrive a bit late.

Sorted quick

Ordered my acne tablets on the app while waiting for the bus. Consultation was done by the afternoon and the tablets came the next day, which was faster than I expected. The only thing that let it down was the form asking me the same questions twice, which was a bit annoying.
