Lead with the verdict: this is a good way to send a parcel and I'd use it again. I've been ordering through them for years and the process hasn't changed much, which I like. The label printed clean, the drop off point was close to home, and the parcel reached my sister in Cornwall in the time they quoted. Pricing was fair compared with the other sites I looked at.

I was looking at a few different ways to send a set of prints to my parents, and the drop off was the thing that sold me. There's a shop about two minutes from my flat so I didn't have to arrange anything. The booking asked me to re-enter my postcode twice which was a bit annoying, but otherwise fine. They got there in two days and Mum was thrilled.
