Booked a session through the site on my phone during a break at work, took about a minute. Got a confirmation straight away and the reminder came in the morning. The session itself ran smoothly and the person was on time. Really simple and I'd book again.
Read moreBeen a customer for years and the first thing I noticed this time was how long the new account set up took, nearly three weeks in the end. Once it was live it worked as it always has. I had to ring twice to find out where things had got to, which was frustrating.
Read moreNeeded a proper independent review of our mortgage options before we moved house and I know this area well from my own work. Their adviser went through the figures properly and didn't rush us. The paperwork was clear, the rate they found was better than what the bank offered us, and they kept us updated every step until completion. Really solid help.
Read moreSigned up in about five minutes on my phone and the app just worked first time. Only niggle was the verification email took a while to land, like ten minutes, so I was refreshing my inbox like a mug. Otherwise pretty easy to use and I'd use it again.
Booked a slot for a Saturday afternoon through the site, took about two minutes and the confirmation came straight through. When we turned up the person running it was friendly and the whole thing ran to time. The only annoying bit was that the reminder text came a day late so I nearly missed it, but otherwise no complaints and we'd go again.
Gave this a go for the first time and it was a fairly painless experience. Booking was quick and the instructions were easy to follow. The only thing that held it back was waiting a bit longer than I expected for the confirmation.
Good enough, got my car insurance sorted through the app in like ten minutes. Only thing was the claim took ages to get moving, I was chasing them for a week before anyone rang back. Fine otherwise tbh.
