The drawer runners are the thing I noticed most, they glide smooth even with a full drawer. I'd looked at a few other bespoke makers and they were the only ones who explained how the mechanism works. Ordering was easy and the fitting went quickly.
Read moreWe needed a proper desk built in because my husband has been working from the kitchen table since the lockdowns and his back has had enough. I've used this company three times over the years for shelving and always found them reliable. This time the install was a day later than they said and nobody rang to warn us, which was a bit annoying. The desk itself is lovely though.
Read moreWe had the dining room cabinet made about eight years ago and it's still in perfect nick. The doors have never sagged and the wood has aged nicely. When we wanted a matching sideboard last year they found our original measurements on file and it went straight into production. That kind of continuity is rare these days and it's the reason we keep coming back.
Read moreGot the wooden wall panelling done in the hallway and the finish is lovely. The timber grain looks great. Delivery took longer than they originally gave me, a few weeks more.
Compared to a flatpack from the big DIY shop, this cost more but the wardrobe actually fits the awkward gap by the chimney breast. First time using them so I wasn't sure what to expect, and the process was fine. The only niggle was the quote took a couple of days to come back after I sent the measurements.
It's pricier than the flatpack ones I'd looked at, but you do get what you pay for with the joints and finish. The site made it easy to order and the team answered my questions quickly. Took a bit longer to arrive than I'd hoped, but it was worth the wait.
We needed a bench for the hall because the old one had gone wobbly and the grandkids kept sitting on it. Price was reasonable for a made to measure piece, though I did think it was a little more than the quotes I'd seen elsewhere. The finish is good and it fits the space well. Fitting was done tidily.
Got the pantry unit for the kitchen and it fits the space exactly. Price was fair for what you get. Delivery was a little slow but the unit arrived in one piece.
