I used to go into my local branch for everything, which meant queues and a lot of waiting. This has been far simpler since I switched to it years ago, and my repayments come out on time every month without any fuss.
Read moreTook out a short term loan through the app last month. Application was quick enough but the first payment got held up for two days because they wanted a bank statement I'd already sent. Once it went through it was fine.
Read moreThe monthly figure was the first thing I noticed, it came in under what my old credit card was costing me on the balance I was carrying. I did the sums twice because I didn't trust it at first. Signing up took a while with all the ID checks but nothing went wrong. Money arrived in my account the next working day, and I've had no fees pop up since. Good value for what I needed, nothing more to ask.
Read moreBeen a customer for years and it's always been fine, but this time the approval dragged for almost a week. They kept asking for the same proof of address and I had to ring twice to find out what was holding it up. Once it cleared, the money was in my account the next morning.
Used the repayment calculator on the site to work out a three year loan for a new kitchen before I applied. It was spot on, which is the main reason I went ahead. The actual application took a bit longer than I'd like because they asked me to re-upload a document that was blurry, but the decision and the payout were quick once that was sorted. Would use them again.
Honestly it's good value if you need money fast. The rate was lower than the other lenders I looked at, and the total repayment was clear from the start. The only thing I'd flag is that the early repayment process was a bit fiddly and needed a phone call.
Needed a bit of cash before payday so I signed up on my phone. It took about ten minutes to fill in and the money was in my account the next morning. Only thing is the repayment date is a bit close to my pay day, so I had to move some money about.
