Went for this rather than the big warehouse place down the road and I'm glad I did. The sales rep came out, measured up properly and the whole thing went without any drama. Got the carpet fitted in the lounge and bedrooms in a day.
Read moreWe had a tenant move out and the carpet in the back bedroom was past saving, so we needed something hard-wearing and cheap enough to turn the flat round quickly. The quote came back the same day and the fitting was booked for the following week. The carpet itself is good and the fitters were tidy, though the stair nosing had to be ordered separately and that held things up a few days.
Read moreI wasn't sure what to expect as it was my first time using them for a proper job, we were doing the whole ground floor. They sent someone out to measure before I committed to anything, which I appreciated. The booking form asked a lot of questions but the team on the phone talked me through each one. Fitter was tidy and left the place clean. Would use them again for the upstairs.

First thing I noticed was how quick they were to get back to me about my bathroom floor question, within a few hours. The quote was clear and the fitter turned up on the day we agreed. Only niggle was the paperwork took a while to come through by email afterwards, but nothing serious.

Compared with the cheaper online flooring sites, this costs a bit more once the fitting is added on. The board itself is the same sort of thing you'd get anywhere though. What I liked was the fitter came back to check a bit of lifting near the door without me having to chase him.
