I have been using them for about six years now and the thing I notice most is the reminder texts they send before the time runs out. They have never once left me with a fine. The bays at my local shopping centre are always marked out clearly.

Rang them and the bloke sorted it but the wait on the phone was about ten minutes. Booking itself was quick enough, just the bit at the end let it down.
