Compared with my previous cleaning firm, the booking here is far more straightforward and I appreciate being able to choose a time that suits. The cleaner who attends is attentive and took care with my antique furniture. Everything is handled promptly and the invoice was clear. I have been a customer for some months now and have no complaints at all.
Read moreWent for a standard clean of the flat as a first time customer and the cleaner arrived about ten minutes late, which was fine. They missed a bit of skirting in the bedroom and I had to message the site to get it sorted. Booking itself was quick enough though.
Read moreCompared with the cleaner I used before, this company is a completely different experience, the booking was clear and the team actually showed up. The first visit covered the bathroom, kitchen and hoovering in a reasonable time. Prices were transparent on the site so no surprises on the invoice. Cleaners asked what I wanted before starting, which was a nice touch. I've booked a second visit…
Read moreI needed a clean before handing back my rented flat and was worried about losing the deposit. It was my first time booking and the process was pretty smooth, though the confirmation email took a while to arrive. The cleaners were thorough in the oven and bathroom and the agent was happy at the check out.
Used to clean the flat myself but this is a lot less hassle and the results are better than I manage. Booking felt a bit longer than the other sites I've used but everything worked out fine. Cleaners were good and the fee is fair for London.
After my wife passed I needed someone to help keep the house in order and a friend suggested this firm. The arrangement was sorted with patience and the team were kind about it. Rates are a touch above some local providers but I think the quality justifies it. The only small bother was an invoice that came through with the wrong address, which was corrected within a day.
I would say they are very reliable and the team were courteous throughout. The sign up was a little fiddly as I had to create an account twice, but once it was done the fortnightly visits have run smoothly.
