I have been booking through them for years now, and compared with ringing the venue on the phone and waiting on hold this is a far better way. The seat choice is clear, the reminder email turns up the week before, and I have never had a problem on the night. I am grateful for the clear seating information, which made choosing a pair of seats for my wife's anniversary straightforward. There is a booking fee added at the end which is a little more than I would have liked, and I did notice it after reading the other sites. The tickets arrived by email within a few minutes and the evening went very well.
First time booking with them and the whole thing was simple, I picked my seats and paid in a couple of minutes. The only thing was the confirmation email came through about twenty minutes after I paid, which made me panic a little. Once it arrived everything was fine and the show went well, so I would use them again.
