I'm not one for computers so I was rather nervous about setting up the payroll for my two part-time staff. Their team took me through each step by phone and sent a clear summary afterwards, which I've kept in my file. The payslips went out on the right date and the tax codes were picked up properly. I'm grateful for the patience they showed me, and I'd say it was good value for a small business…
Read moreI've used them for a few years, so I knew what I was signing up for. This time the paperwork I sent over had a missing page and it took about three weeks of back and forth before the return was actually filed. I was given a timeline that wasn't kept and nobody told me the delay until I asked. The end result was fine but I had to chase it more than I'd like.
Read moreWe've been with them for about six years now, since our previous accountant retired and we were looking at a couple of firms. Last year's filings went through without any fuss and the reminder emails arrive well before the deadline, which the old firm never managed. Sign up was quick and the person I speak to knows our file. We pay a bit more than the cheapest option but I'd rather not have the…
Read moreI've set up a couple of companies before so I knew roughly what to expect from the forms. The registration form is a bit fiddly though, it kept timing out halfway through and I had to start again once. Once I was through it all went smoothly and the admin team replied to my emails within the day. Prices are fair for what you get and I'd use them again.
I used them to set up a limited company for my catering business and have been with them since. The registration form is a bit fiddly on mobile, it kept logging me out halfway through the address section. Once that was sorted the company was incorporated within a couple of days and the paperwork came through clearly.
Tried another firm first and their sign-up was a nightmare so I switched to these. Way quicker to get set up and the dashboard is much easier to use on my phone. The only thing is the chat support was slow one afternoon, took like an hour to get a reply, but sorted now.
I looked at a few options before picking these and the sign up was the quickest of the lot, took maybe twenty minutes on my phone. The only thing that threw me was the bit asking for my utr number which I had to dig out from an old letter. Once that was sorted everything else went smoothly and I've had no reason to complain since.
