I work in finance so I read the small print on everything, and I was pleased that the APR and fees were laid out clearly before I applied. The credit check was quick and approval came through within the hour. Funds reached my account the next working day, as promised. The repayment schedule matched the calculator on the site exactly.

Read moreCompared with a cheaper provider I tried first, this one costs more per month but the quotes are upfront and the service is noticeably more reliable. Sign-up took around fifteen minutes and I had a clear confirmation email. The first visit ran a little later than the slot I was given, though the team let me know ahead of time. Would pay the difference again.

Only thing is the confirmation email landed about a day later than I expected, so I was checking my spam folder for ages. Money arrived when they said it would though, so no real complaints.

I compared a few options before going with these and the price was pretty competitive. Booking was quick and the confirmation came straight away. The one thing I'd mention is that the reschedule option is buried a bit deep in the account settings. Otherwise solid.
I needed a small loan at short notice to cover some unexpected costs for my daughter's wedding. The application was straightforward and the approval came through the same afternoon, which I did appreciate. The only thing I'd mention is the customer service line was busy when I rang with a question, so I had to leave a message and wait a day for a reply.
