I compared three different loan sites before choosing this one, mostly on the monthly repayment figure. What stood out was how clear the total cost was on the summary page, with no small print to dig through. The application took under twenty minutes and the money arrived the next morning. Easy to see what I was signing up for.
Read moreApplied for a small loan on the app on a Sunday night and it was approved by Tuesday, which was fine. The money didn't land in my account until the Thursday though, and I had to message them twice to ask where it was. Repayments have been fine since, the app makes it easy to see what's due.
Read moreI took out a small personal loan through the site last spring, my first time borrowing from anyone like this. The application was quick, I filled it in on my phone one evening and had an answer the next morning. The money landed in my account two days after I accepted, which was faster than my bank has ever managed for me. Repayments come out on the date they said they would.
Read moreSigned up for a small loan through the site and the form itself was easy enough to fill in on the app. Took a bit longer than I'd hoped for them to come back to me, about three working days before I heard anything. Cash landed fine once it was approved and the repayment dates are clear.
I've been with them a few years and mostly it's fine. The sign up for my latest loan was a bit fiddly, I had to upload my payslips twice because the first upload didn't go through. Once that was sorted the money came through fine.
