I used them to finance a new boiler for the house, which had packed in over the winter and could not wait. The application was straightforward enough and I did not have to ring anyone, which suited me. The funds reached the installer before they were needed, and I have had no bother with the monthly payments since. I would be happy to deal with them again should the need arise.
