Took a while to work out the upload limit though, kept getting an error until I shrank a few pics. Once that was sorted it was fine. The price felt a bit steep for what it is, but my mates all liked it so job done.

The reminder email came through a day before, which was useful. Price is fair for what you get, though I wish the add-ons were listed a bit more clearly at checkout.
Went for the plaque bundle for my brother's grave after looking at a couple of local firms. The plaque arrived in good nick and the lettering matches the proof I signed off. Took a bit longer than the estimate, about three weeks rather than two, but they did send updates. Good value compared with the local firm I got a quote from.
