Went with them after comparing three other companies and this was the easiest of the lot by a fair way. The application took about ten minutes on my phone and I had an answer the same afternoon. The money landed in my account the next working day and the repayment schedule was laid out clearly in the email straight away. Didn't have to ring anyone at any point which was a relief honestly.
Read moreI signed up for their insurance cover a few months back and the sign up itself was fine, but the first claim I made dragged on for weeks. I kept emailing to ask where things were and the replies took several days each time. It was all sorted in the end but I expected a lot quicker than that. I'd want them to chase things up better if it happened again.

Their site let me see slots for the same week and the price was the same as the cheapest of the others. The engineer arrived in the window they gave, explained what he was doing as he went and left a note with the readings. Booking took about five minutes on my…

The booking page shows the whole price upfront before you commit to anything. Found it useful. Only small thing was the calendar taking a second to load on my old phone.
Needed a quick loan for a train ticket and had to sort it fast. Signed up on the site and it was dead quick, didn't even need to upload much. Money came through after a bit of a wait though, went over the weekend.
Compared this against two other providers before I picked them. They were a little dearer than the cheapest option I found, but the sign up was far less of a faff. The service itself has been good and the paperwork arrived when they said it would.
Honestly it does the job. Booking was quick and the confirmation came through straight away. Fees are a bit steep compared to some others I've seen, but the whole thing was painless enough.
I did wonder at first whether the process would be straightforward, but it turned out to be quite sensible. I rang with a question about the paperwork and was seen to within a few minutes, which I did not expect. The person I spoke to was patient and explained each step without rushing me. The only thing I'd mention is that the online form could be laid out a little more clearly for older users.
