Doba

Reliable and that's the main thing for me. Been sending parcels and documents through them for about seven years now, mostly to my daughter in Sheffield. They've never once left me wondering where things are. Only thing I'd say is the app could be a bit easier to find things in, but I've got used to it.

Cheap and quick enough for a parcel to Glasgow. I booked it in the morning and it was collected by lunch. Didn't need to contact anyone once it was booked.

Compared with ringing round a few firms for a van, this is much simpler to sort. I've been using them for regular stock runs for about five years. Prices are the same every time I book and the drivers have been dependable. Saves me a morning on the phone.

Honestly the best of the courier apps I tried this year. Checked two others first and they were either dearer or the tracking was rubbish. Booking took under a minute and the driver turned up exactly when the app said. Sorted.

I send bits to my brother in Manchester most weeks and what I pay per job is lower than the couriers I had before, which is what matters to me. The app shows you the price before you confirm, so there are no surprises at the end. Pickup has been quick every time I have used them, usually within half an hour. Good value and they do what they say.

First time I used them and I was surprised how simple the sign up was, took about two minutes. Driver came quickly and was polite about my fragile box. Would book again.

We had a set of keys to get to a tenant before a viewing and needed a courier fast. I know courier services well from running a letting agency, and the booking screen made the collection and drop-off times clear. The driver texted when they were close, which I appreciated.

Compared to the courier firm we used before, this is far quicker to book and I don't have to ring anyone. We send out contracts and samples a few times a month. Drivers have been punctual every time and the invoices come through neatly by email. Been a customer for about four years now and it's never let us down.

I needed a courier for some legal documents that had to reach a solicitor by the afternoon. The booking process was straightforward and I appreciated the clear confirmation. The driver was courteous and the documents were delivered on time.

Been using them for about four years now and the driver who turns up is nearly always the same lad, which I like. Booking takes a minute on the app and the updates are useful without being annoying. Would use again.

Booked a same day courier on the app to get a parcel to my mate in Leeds and it was picked up in about ten minutes. Driver was dead polite and sent a photo when it dropped off. Really easy, will use again tbh.

I tried the post office first but the queue was long and I was on my own with a heavy box. Compared to that, booking here was far quicker and a driver came to my door. I'd used another courier before and it was dearer for the same weight. This one was easier to follow and the box arrived in good nick.

I needed a document couriered across town for a Thursday afternoon signing and had never used a courier service like this before. Signing up was simple, just an email and card details. The driver collected quickly, kept me updated by text and the document arrived well before the deadline. Couldn't ask for more.
