I have been using them for my car insurance for about eleven years now, and this year I bought the comprehensive cover for my Fiesta. The renewal reminder came through on time and the quote was in line with last year, which is more than I can say for some. When I rang about a small change to my address the lady sorted it straight away. Nothing has ever gone wrong for me with them.

Got there in the end but the application form kept timing out on my phone and I had to start again twice. Once it was through the approval was quick enough and the money turned up when they said it would. Just annoying to fill in.
