Compared to the lender I used before, this is far less fuss, and I've been with them on and off for about eight years now. The application takes ten minutes on my laptop and they don't keep asking for the same paperwork twice. Last spring I had a repayment date shift and they sorted it with one phone call. I've never had money land late and I'm not about to switch.

Read moreI'd been putting off dealing with my debts for a while and this company helped me consolidate them into one payment I can actually manage. The advisor took time to go through the figures with me and didn't rush me at all. The monthly sum is lower than what I was paying before, and the account statements arrive on time each month. I am grateful for how patient they were.

I took out a small loan to cover a car repair bill. Interest was fair for what it is and repayments come out on the date they said. Nothing to complain about really.
They've sorted my loans for about six years now and I've never had a problem. Approval is usually quick and the payments go out without fuss. I've stuck with them because they just work.

Compared to the overdraft fee my bank wanted, this worked out a bit cheaper over the three months. The signup form asked for the same ID twice though, which was annoying. Money came through fine.
