Been using them for years now and they have never let me down, the process is always the same and it works. I just log in, pick the slot I want, and it is confirmed within the hour. The support lads have been helpful whenever I've had a question, and I have never once had to chase anyone. Happy to keep going with them.

When I did get through the person on the phone was helpful and sorted it out. The job itself was done properly by the crew, though the arrival slot moved by an hour without much notice.

Only niggle was the booking form wanting my card details before it would show the final cost.
Read moreWould use them again for a simple job like this one. We only needed a couple of heavy items shifted across town, and I know my way around hiring movers so I knew what to expect. The price was a touch above what a local man would charge, but the team were polite and it all arrived in one piece.
