Got my varifocals fitted here after a long period of wearing old reading glasses. The fitting was spot on, they measured my pupil heights carefully and adjusted the frames twice. Lenses arrived clear with no distortion at the edges.
Read moreThe online booking was dead easy, picked a time and got a text straight away. Then the glasses took ages to come back, nearly three weeks, and nobody told me why.
Read moreI had a look at two high street chains and a couple of online-only options before going with them. The high street ones wanted a fair bit more for the same lenses and the online ones felt like filling in a form and hoping. Here I booked a proper appointment, saw an optician in person and got a clear quote before anything was ordered. Glasses turned up on time and fit well. Happy I went with them.
Read moreI purchased a pair of reading glasses from them after my last pair became rather worn. The staff were patient and explained the options clearly, which I appreciated. The glasses themselves are comfortable, though the arms took a day to feel right and I had to go back once for a small adjustment.
Compared them to the big chain on the high street and this was a lot less faff. Booked online in about two minutes and the optician was actually friendly. Only niggle was the frames I wanted weren't in stock so I had to pick something else.
