This is still the best one I've used, and I've been with them on and off for about six years now. Booking is quick and I've never had a problem with the app. The support lot have always sorted things out when I've had a question. Money has come through on time every single time, so I've never had to worry about it.
Read moreI looked at a couple of other lenders first, and this one was a bit slow to get going compared to them. The form asked for more paperwork than I was expecting. Once the money came through it was fine and the repayments have been smooth.
Read moreCompared to going through my bank, this was quicker and I didn't have to sit on hold for ages. I'd never borrowed short term before so I was a bit nervous, but the application took about ten minutes on my phone and I got a decision the same day. The money landed in my account the next morning and the repayment dates were all laid out clearly in the app so I knew exactly where I stood.
Read moreI needed short term cash for a school trip deposit, and I looked at a few options first. This one came out a bit pricier than some of the others once I added up the fees. The application was simple and the money came through quickly, so it did the job. Just wish the cost had been clearer earlier.
I used the instant repayment option to clear my balance early. It worked fine but the confirmation email took a while to come through, so I rang to check. They got back to me the next morning. Nothing major, but I'd have liked it sooner.
Still my go to for small loans, I've used them on and off for years. Apply on the app, money in the account by the next working day, every time. Helpline picked up quickly last time I had a question.
Way quicker than my usual bank for this. Filled it in on my phone during my lunch break and had a yes by the time I got back to my desk. Money went in the next day. Only thing was the verification step asked for a document twice, which was annoying, but it got sorted.
Honestly got the money fast, applied on a Sunday and it was in on Monday. Bit of a faff uploading my payslip because the photo kept blurring, but it went through in the end. Repayments are easy to track in the app.
