I'm afraid the verdict is that this was a disappointment. The pendant I ordered looked quite different from the picture on the site, the colour was duller and the chain was thinner. I had to send it back, and the return form was fiddly and took a few attempts to complete. Customer service did eventually respond, but it took nearly a week. Not what I was hoping for, I'm sorry to say.
