Ordered a pair of cufflinks for a wedding and the verdict is they are perfectly sound. The finish is smart and they sit well with a shirt. The order process was simple and I received the confirmation promptly. Delivery was on time. I'd happily order again.
Read moreI'm afraid the verdict is that this was a disappointment. The pendant I ordered looked quite different from the picture on the site, the colour was duller and the chain was thinner. I had to send it back, and the return form was fiddly and took a few attempts to complete. Customer service did eventually respond, but it took nearly a week. Not what I was hoping for, I'm sorry to say.
Read moreCompared with my local jeweller, the price here was quite a bit lower for a similar piece. The order was clear and the confirmation came straight away. Delivery took a couple of days longer than the site suggested, but it arrived in good order. The ring has been perfectly comfortable since. Sensible choice on the whole, I think.
Read moreHonestly the ring is fine, nice enough for the money and the stone sits well. Took about ten days to arrive though, which felt a bit long for a standard order. Customer support did reply eventually but it was slow. Not the end of the world but I'd have liked it sooner.
Compared it to a similar one from a high street shop and this was a bit smaller than the photo made it look. The chain is fine though and it was cheaper. Just wish the photos were more accurate. Still wearing it.
The specific thing I got was a pair of small stud earrings, and they are smaller than I expected. Looks fine though for everyday wear. Paid about what I'd pay elsewhere. Arrived in a few days.
