I needed something reliable to replace my old one, so I looked around for a while. I compared a few options before picking this, mostly on price and delivery times. It came in good time and everything was in order, so I'm glad I went with them.
Read moreCompared with my usual supplier this was about the same price on the basics but the delivery took four days longer than they quoted. I went with it because the saving on the bigger item was worth the wait, but I'd have paid a little more to get it sooner next time, to be honest.
Read moreI've been buying this sort of kit for years so I know what a fair price looks like. Theirs is a bit above the cheapest I've found but the spec is better and the warranty is clear. The only small gripe is the search filters could be sharper, it took me a while to narrow things down, but the order itself went through without trouble.

I looked at a couple of other places first, one was dearer and the other wanted more for delivery. These came out best on price and the ordering was straightforward, with the item arriving well packed and on time.
Honestly this is the cheapest I've found for the kit I wanted and the site was dead easy to use. I ordered on a Friday night, it came Monday, nothing to complain about and the app kept me updated the whole way which was handy.
The delivery was free over a certain amount and the tracking emails were actually useful, not spammy. Kit arrived boxed properly and I got it set up the same evening.
I'd never ordered from them before and wasn't sure what to expect. I went for the starter bundle because it was the cheapest way in. It came with a little card explaining how everything worked, which was a nice touch for a first-timer like me. Delivery was quick and the item matched the photos properly.
got the lamp on a whim after seeing it on my feed. checkout was quick, arrived in a couple of days and it looks nicer than the photos. def getting something else from them soon.
I compared three sites before ordering and this one came out cheapest once delivery was included. Compared with the big names it was noticeably less money for the same thing. The order turned up in good time and the packaging kept everything safe, so I've no real complaints and I'd happily order again.
I think this is excellent value and I have no hesitation in saying so. The order was taken without any fuss and it arrived when they said it would. Customer service were courteous when I rang with a query, and I'm pleased I chose them.
I looked at three different sites before deciding and this one was the best for the money. Compared with the other two, the checkout was faster and the delivery options were clearer. Arrived on the day they said, so no complaints from me.
Ordered it on my lunch break and it was on the doorstep two days later, which is brilliant. The bit I liked most was that the item came in a sensible sized box with no fuss. Checkout took about a minute because my details were saved.
I was pleasantly reassured to find the team answered my question about the item within a day, which I did not expect. The delivery was prompt and the parcel arrived in good order, and I am grateful for the care taken throughout.
