Winstons Beds

Compared with the big chain on the high street, this came in roughly the same price but the frame is noticeably sturdier. The bed itself was easy to put together with the instructions, although one of the slats was a bit bent and I had to ring them. The sizing info was accurate though.

Compared three other sites before choosing this one, and they came out cheapest for the same frame and mattress. The delivery slot was clear and the driver rang ahead. Build quality seems good so far, though I've only had it a fortnight. Pleased I went with them.

The bed frame arrived in a box that was taller than me, which took two of us to get up the stairs. Assembly was about an hour and the instructions had pictures, which helped. Looks decent in the room and the price was good for a student budget.

The colour was spot on, it's a proper grey not that washed out one in the pictures. Took about a week to arrive which was fine. Easy to assemble too. Love it lol.

The slats are proper hardwood rather than the cheap stuff, and you can tell straight away. I've bought a few beds and know what to look for. The fabric headboard could have been a bit tighter on the frame. Still a good buy.

I needed a firmer mattress after my back started playing up, and my GP suggested I look for something with proper support. I ordered one through the site and was pleased with the care they took over the choice. It arrived promptly and the staff on the phone were patient with my questions. Very satisfied.

Compared to my old bed this one is noticeably firmer, which I wanted. The website makes choosing the firmness easy. Delivery was a day later than the tracker said, but nobody minded. Minor niggle, otherwise good.

Ordered a double and a small double turned up, which was annoying as I'd measured my room. Had to arrange a collection and wait ages for a replacement to be sent. Support took three days to reply on the chat. Not impressed with that.

Needed a new bed fast cos my old mattress had basically died and I was sleeping on a sofa. Ordered on the site on a Monday night, it turned up Thursday and the bloke even carried it up to my room. Bed's comfy, no complaints at all, would order again.

I'd say it is good value for a sturdy frame and the ordering process was clear and easy to follow. The bed took a little longer to arrive than I'd hoped, about a fortnight, but the people I spoke to were polite and kept me informed. I'm glad I chose them.

Honestly the easiest online bed buy I've made, the checkout was quick and the site told me exactly when it would arrive. I went for a double divan and it came in two boxes with everything in one piece. The delivery driver rang ahead which I wasn't expecting and I appreciated it. Really happy I went with them over the usual places.

Bought the platform bed frame with the headboard and it does the job for the price. Delivery was a bit slow, about ten days, and the headboard came with a small scuff. Not a huge deal for the money.

Really happy with it, the bed is solid and the price was fair for the spec. Ordering was quick and the confirmation came through straight away. Only thing I'd say is the box was huge and took up the whole hallway for a day. Would get it again.

I looked at a few before settling on this, mainly comparing the prices and the warranty terms. The warranty was clearer here than anywhere else I checked. The bed arrived with one corner of the box slightly squashed, but the bed inside was fine. Delivery could have been a bit quicker since I'd paid for the faster option.

I needed a replacement bed frame when my old one finally gave up after twenty years. I've been buying from this lot since the early days and they've never let me down. The new frame went together well and delivery was on the date given. Very pleased, as always.

Tried a few places first and this was the one that won in the end. The price was competitive and the mattress has a nice firm feel. Ordering was simple and the emails kept me updated. Verdict: solid buy.

Ordered the divan base with storage drawers and it arrived in two boxes, all in one piece. Put it together on my own in about an hour, which was fine. The drawers run smoothly and I've already stashed loads of stuff in them. Good value for what you get.

Compared with the big names, this came out better value for the same kind of frame. I checked three other sites first and this was the cheapest by a fair bit. Ordering was quick and the confirmation came through straight away. The bed is sturdy and the drawers run well.
