Compared three other sites before choosing this one, and they came out cheapest for the same frame and mattress. The delivery slot was clear and the driver rang ahead. Build quality seems good so far, though I've only had it a fortnight. Pleased I went with them.
Read moreOrdered a double and a small double turned up, which was annoying as I'd measured my room. Had to arrange a collection and wait ages for a replacement to be sent. Support took three days to reply on the chat. Not impressed with that.
Read moreHonestly the easiest online bed buy I've made, the checkout was quick and the site told me exactly when it would arrive. I went for a double divan and it came in two boxes with everything in one piece. The delivery driver rang ahead which I wasn't expecting and I appreciated it. Really happy I went with them over the usual places.
Read moreThe slats are proper hardwood rather than the cheap stuff, and you can tell straight away. I've bought a few beds and know what to look for. The fabric headboard could have been a bit tighter on the frame. Still a good buy.
Compared to my old bed this one is noticeably firmer, which I wanted. The website makes choosing the firmness easy. Delivery was a day later than the tracker said, but nobody minded. Minor niggle, otherwise good.
I'd say it is good value for a sturdy frame and the ordering process was clear and easy to follow. The bed took a little longer to arrive than I'd hoped, about a fortnight, but the people I spoke to were polite and kept me informed. I'm glad I chose them.
I looked at a few before settling on this, mainly comparing the prices and the warranty terms. The warranty was clearer here than anywhere else I checked. The bed arrived with one corner of the box slightly squashed, but the bed inside was fine. Delivery could have been a bit quicker since I'd paid for the faster option.
