Been buying from them for years now, mostly knitwear and the odd shirt for my husband. The sizing has always been spot on and the returns are easy when something doesn't fit, I've never had a problem with a refund. Stuff arrives quick too, usually within a few days. Just wish they did more in petite sizes, but that's about it.

Way better than the other place I usually order from, the delivery was quicker and the stuff actually looked like the pics. Ordered on a Sunday night and it was here by Wednesday, which is mad for me. Would order again, probably this weekend tbh.

The first thing that struck me was the size of the boxes it came in, far bigger than the jumper needed. The knit is nice and the colour is as shown.
