Been buying from them for years now, mostly knitwear and the odd shirt for my husband. The sizing has always been spot on and the returns are easy when something doesn't fit, I've never had a problem with a refund. Stuff arrives quick too, usually within a few days. Just wish they did more in petite sizes, but that's about it.
Read moreThe first thing that struck me was the size of the boxes it came in, far bigger than the jumper needed. The knit is nice and the colour is as shown. Price is a bit higher than a couple of the others I looked at, and when I went to send one item back the returns label took a while to find in my account. Still, it's a good jumper.
Read moreI had been looking for a wrap dress in a soft jersey for some time, and the one I chose from this shop is exactly what I had in mind. The colour is a lovely deep green and it sits well across the shoulders. I was grateful that the dispatch confirmation came through promptly and that the parcel arrived with the tissue paper intact. I would have no hesitation in ordering from them again.
Read moreCompared to the big chain I used to buy from, the fabric here feels a lot nicer and the sizing is more consistent. I've been ordering from them for about six years now. Delivery was a day slower than usual this time, but the parcel arrived in good nick and the item is lovely.
Got the grey oversized hoodie and it's really comfy, fabric is thicker than I expected. Only thing is the sleeves are a touch long on me, I'm 5 foot 9 so not huge. Still wear it most days though. Fast order, got a shipping update the next morning.
