Delivery was late and nobody told me
Booked a delivery for Saturday morning on the app and it never came until after two. Messaged them through the site and got a reply the next day, which was annoying when I'd already gone out and bought bottles myself. The bottles were fine when they did turn up. Price is about the same as the supermarket so no complaints there. I'd think twice before ordering again.

better than the shop run
Compared it with driving to the big supermarket for a few cases and this is much less bother, even after paying a little extra for delivery. I was a bit wary of ordering water online at first, but the bottles arrived intact and the site showed exactly what I'd paid. The order tracking was clear and the driver rang ahead. Haven't had a problem yet.

Packaging could be tighter
The first thing I noticed was the bottles had shifted a bit in the box, though none had cracked. The order process was quick and the price was good for a case. Delivery came on the day they said, so no real grumbles.
Reliable for bulk water
Good value if you need a lot of still water delivered to the door, and I've been using them for about a year now. The one thing I'd flag is the delivery window, which is a bit broad, so you need to be in for a stretch of the morning. Otherwise the bottles are sealed well and the carrier is always polite. Happy to keep ordering.
Better than the local shop
Compared with the corner shop this is far better value for a full case, and the bottles are fresher than the ones they had sat in the stockroom. The order took a moment to confirm because the card payment needed a second try. Otherwise sorted.
better than the usual one
Quicker than my usual supermarket run and the bottles came in a box that was still cold when it arrived. Forgot to add the delivery slot first time round so had to redo it, but the app remembered my basket which saved a bit of faff. Would order again.
