Sorted, no complaints
Ordered a case of sparkling for a family do and it was at the door the next day. The price was fair and nothing was damaged. Easy to use the site on my phone.

Delivery was late and nobody told me
Booked a delivery for Saturday morning on the app and it never came until after two. Messaged them through the site and got a reply the next day, which was annoying when I'd already gone out and bought bottles myself. The bottles were fine when they did turn up. Price is about the same as the supermarket so no complaints there. I'd think twice before ordering again.

better than the shop run
Compared it with driving to the big supermarket for a few cases and this is much less bother, even after paying a little extra for delivery. I was a bit wary of ordering water online at first, but the bottles arrived intact and the site showed exactly what I'd paid. The order tracking was clear and the driver rang ahead. Haven't had a problem yet.

fine but a bit pricey
Been ordering from them for a while now, and the bottles and delivery are dependable enough. The price has crept up though, and it's noticeably more than the supermarket for the same brand. The driver rings ahead which is nice. Probably still stay put for convenience.
