We were tired of traipsing round three supermarkets every week with two toddlers in tow, so I'd been looking for a proper online grocery service for months. The slots were easy to pick and the substitutions were sensible, I know what a decent swap looks like after years of doing this. Shopping list saved in the app which is handy.

The booking system is clear and I was able to set up a standing order without much fuss. The driver always helps me with the bags and is very courteous. I have no complaints at all and would happily recommend it to my neighbours who find the shops a struggle.

Needed a bigger shop for a dinner party and didn't have time to go out. Booked a slot the night before and it was all there. One thing was the price on the wine, pricier than the shop round the corner. Delivery was on time though.
I'd compared a few options before picking this and it's definitely not the cheapest. Some of the everyday items came out noticeably dearer than the other two I looked at. The delivery was on time and the driver was helpful, but I'll probably keep checking prices before each order.
