usmen

The price on the pack of picture frames was the first thing I noticed, around a third less than the high street shop. Everything I wanted was in stock and the order came in a padded envelope with no damage. I'd happily order from them again for small household bits.

Way easier than the other app I was using for this, the checkout actually loads and doesn't keep logging me out. Got a jumper and it fits, delivery was quick. Nice one.

Ordered a pair of white trainers on usmen on Monday night and they were on my doorstep Wednesday. Sizing was spot on and they look just like the photos. Checkout was quick, I used my phone and didn't have to make an account. Really happy.

I needed a gift for my mum's birthday and a friend suggested this site. I had not bought from them before so I was a bit cautious. The candle set arrived in good condition and the scent is lovely. Delivery took a couple of days longer than shown, but they sent an email to let me know. Good first experience.

Compared with the coat rack I had from the big chain, this one feels far sturdier and the hooks are properly fixed. Ordering was straightforward and the page showed the dimensions clearly. It came well packed and went up without any trouble. Pleased with it.

Paid a bit less for the set of storage boxes than I'd have done at the big DIY shops, and they're the same sturdy plastic. Delivery was included over a certain spend so no extra charge on top. Got three of them for the garage and they stack well. Nothing to complain about for the money.

Compared with buying the same kettle from a supermarket, this was about fifteen pounds more expensive by the time postage was added. The kettle works but the lid feels flimsy and the finish is not quite what the photos suggested. Getting a return label took several emails over four days. I would expect better value from an online retailer at this level.

I needed a laptop bag for the start of my placement and my old one had split down the side. The bag I picked has a padded sleeve that fits my 14 inch laptop snugly. Delivery was a day later than the site said, but they emailed me first so it wasn't a big deal.

On balance I would say it was a satisfactory experience. The lamp I ordered arrived in good condition, though it took nine days rather than the four I had been told. The website was easy enough to navigate and the price was fair. I did not receive any update until the day it arrived, which I found a little unsettling.

I would say this was a very sensible purchase. The garden hose reel arrived well packed and was easy to assemble with the instructions provided. The price was a little higher than the local garden centre, though I did save the cost of the drive there. Delivery took three days, which was perfectly acceptable to me.

Ordered a hoodie on my lunch break and it came the next afternoon. Fit is decent, the fabric is thicker than I expected, and the sizing chart was accurate for me. Paid with my card on the phone with no faff at all, and the confirmation email came straight away. Happy with it and will order again when I need something.

I compared a few sites before settling on this one, and the price was competitive for a set of kitchen knives. The blades are sharp and the handles feel secure in the hand. Delivery was smooth and came within the window they gave. Sign-up took a couple of minutes longer than I'd like because of a password rule. Would order again.

Compared with the supplier I used for years, usmen is far quicker to sort out a reorder and I haven't had a single wrong item since I started. I've been buying the same refill cartridges for my printer every couple of months and the site remembers my details so I just tick and pay. The emails about dispatch arrive on time too, which is more than I can say for the old place.

Good order, the bag I wanted was in stock and it turned up next day. Fits my laptop and a notebook. Checkout took under two minutes on my phone. Will be back.

I needed a spare battery for my cordless drill because the old one would no longer hold a charge. I know my tools well enough to check the voltage and the cell count before I order. This one matches what I needed and charges quicker than my original. Arrived in two days with the right packaging.

I needed a present for a friend's birthday in a hurry, so I wanted something I could order and get in a couple of days. The candle arrived quickly and smells lovely. Checkout was simple and didn't ask me for loads of details. Would happily order again.

I bought the mattress topper in the spring after my back started giving me trouble at night. It came rolled in a tight bag and unrolled within a day, which I was grateful for. My sleep has improved noticeably, and the cover washes well. The price was reasonable for the size. I have recommended it to my sister already.

Ordered a small speaker for the flat and it sounds decent for the money. Delivery was a day late and I had to message the site to find out why, took about a day to get a reply. Otherwise sorted.

The duvet cover set was the exact cotton I was after, and the thread count is what they say it is, which is rarer than it should be. I've bought bedding from a few places and the colour looked the same as the photos, the seams are neat and it's washed well twice now. The checkout was quick and tracking updates came through without me having to chase them.

I looked at three other places for a set of garden solar lights before going with this one. The price was lower than the others, which is why I went for it. It did take nine days to arrive though, and the site only said it would be about five, so I had to chase it up. The lights themselves work fine.
