Yeah it's good, booked my slot on the app in like two mins and it just worked. Got a confirmation straight away and the reminder came through the day before. Nothing to complain about.

Compared with the old way of sorting this out by phone, booking online was far quicker and I never had to wait on hold. Everything was laid out clearly and I got a confirmation straight away. The person who came out was on time and friendly, so I've got nothing to moan about and I'd use them again.

I did wonder whether the service would be worth the money for a one-off job, but I was pleasantly reassured by how carefully everything was explained. The booking form was clear and the confirmation arrived promptly. The person I spoke to had clearly done this many times and took the time to answer my questions. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I needed someone to handle a same-day moving job because my landlord was being awkward about the keys. I had never used a service like this before and the team on the phone talked me through the options without any pressure. The van arrived in the window they gave me and the crew were careful with the furniture. I would book them again.

I was dead nervous ordering from somewhere new but this was brilliant. The filters on the site made it easy to find what I wanted and the emails kept me updated. Will be back.

Compared to the same service from a local firm this works out cheaper once you add the extras up. The booking screen is straightforward and the reminders came through on time. Nothing to complain about.

The first thing I noticed was how plainly the site set out each stage, so I knew what to expect before committing to anything. I signed up over the phone rather than online, and the adviser talked me through the terms without rushing me. Everything arrived when it was supposed to and any questions I had were answered promptly. It is a well run service and I have no complaints.

What struck me first was that the site showed a clear step by step process before I had to put any details in. I was new to them so I was a bit wary, but the account set up was simple and the approval came through the same day. Money and details all arrived when they said they would.

My wife and I needed a reliable firm to help with some garden clearance after we moved house, and it was easy to compare options on the site. The booking was straightforward and the quote matched what we were charged. The team arrived on the day and did a thorough job, and I was glad to have someone I could trust to finish it properly.

Really happy with this one, booked it in about two minutes on my phone between meetings. Confirmation came straight through and the whole thing was done before my tea went cold.

I booked a city walking tour through the site as my first ever purchase with them. Payment was simple and the guide turned up a few minutes early. Everything matched what was listed and I felt looked after.

I was looking at three or four services before I picked this one because I needed a reliable way to schedule regular deep cleans. The sign-up process was clear and the price was sensible for what you get. The first visit was on time and the cleaner was thorough.
