Compared with the old way of sorting this out by phone, booking online was far quicker and I never had to wait on hold. Everything was laid out clearly and I got a confirmation straight away. The person who came out was on time and friendly, so I've got nothing to moan about and I'd use them again.
Read moreCompared with the price of the same service from a rival I found the fees here are noticeably higher once you get to checkout. The quote looked fine at first but a delivery charge and a booking fee were added on at the end. The service itself was fine but I would have gone elsewhere if I had seen the total earlier.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was how plainly the site set out each stage, so I knew what to expect before committing to anything. I signed up over the phone rather than online, and the adviser talked me through the terms without rushing me. Everything arrived when it was supposed to and any questions I had were answered promptly. It is a well run service and I have no complaints.
Read moreGot my course access through the site just after booking, which was the bit I cared about. Took a couple of tries to log in on my phone though so not perfect. Otherwise sorted.
The signup took about three minutes on my phone which is quicker than I expected. Had a bit of a wobble when the confirmation email landed in spam though so I had to go looking for it. Otherwise the service has been fine, no real complaints, just a bit of a faff at the start.
Compared to the other place I usually look at, this was quicker to sort out and the checkout did not keep logging me out. Delivery took a day longer than they said but the box was fine. Would use again.
