I was looking for a cordless vacuum cleaner for my wife, who finds the old one too heavy. Your site laid out the models clearly and the specification sheets were easy to follow. The vacuum arrived well packed and in good order within two days. We have been using it every week since and it does the stairs without any trouble at all.
Read moreI needed a replacement part for an old appliance and couldn't find it locally. Found it on their site and it looked like the right one. The order went through fine but it took almost a week to arrive and nobody got back to my email for three days. It did turn out to be the right part, so I suppose that's the main thing.
Read moreBeen ordering from them for years now and they're still my first port of call when I need something quick. The site is easy to use and I've never had a real problem with an order. Delivery was a day later than they said last time, which was a bit annoying but not the end of the world. Prices are fair for what you get and their customer team has always sorted things when I've needed them to.

Ordered a hand blender and it arrived the next day, which is brilliant when you need something fast. Packing was fine, nothing broken. Bit of a faff finding the order number in my account but customer emails came through quickly.
Found the same speaker on another site for nearly double, so this was an easy choice. Arrived a day early and works perfectly out of the box. No hidden charges at checkout either. Good value, pleased I went with them.
Got a pair of running trainers from them and they came the next morning. Size was right and they look just like the photos. Checkout was quick and I didn't have to make an account. Nice one.
Bought a candle set as a present and it came wrapped really nicely in tissue with a little card inside. The scent is strong without being overpowering. Delivery was next day which saved me. Very happy with it.
Needed some new bedding for the spare room, so I went back to a company I've used for a long time. I have always found their checkout simple and the order confirmation arrives straight away. The sheets were delivered in good time and they are a comfortable weight. Their customer team answered a question I had about sizing within the hour. I'm glad I went back to them.
Checked the high street shop first and this was miles cheaper for the same jumper. Arrived in two days and fits exactly how I wanted. No nasty surprises at checkout. Will be back.
Bought a cordless drill and a bag of bits as my first order with them. The site was easy to navigate and the specs were listed clearly, which I liked. Arrived in a day and everything was there, so I'll be back.
Compared them with the big high street sites before buying and they were a fair bit cheaper for the same kind of kit. Delivery came in two days, which was better than I'd expected. Nothing went wrong and the price was right. Good value and I'll probably use them again.
They have the widest range of cables and adapters I've found online and the pages list the specs properly, which I appreciate. Ordered a USB-C hub and it works with my laptop without any faff. Arrived in two days in a sensible box with no fuss. Pricing is competitive and I already know I'll be back when I need the next thing.
My old alarm had started beeping and I needed a replacement quickly before it drove me mad. Found a model with a ten year battery and ordered it on a Monday. It came Wednesday, fitted in five minutes and has been fine since. Good price for what it is.
Ordered a pair of wireless earbuds on Monday night and they were on my doorstep Wednesday morning, which was quicker than I expected. Sound is decent for the money and the case charges fine. Checkout was painless and the tracking emails actually updated properly, so no panicking about where they were.
