I was looking for a cordless vacuum cleaner for my wife, who finds the old one too heavy. Your site laid out the models clearly and the specification sheets were easy to follow. The vacuum arrived well packed and in good order within two days. We have been using it every week since and it does the stairs without any trouble at all.
Read moreI needed a replacement part for an old appliance and couldn't find it locally. Found it on their site and it looked like the right one. The order went through fine but it took almost a week to arrive and nobody got back to my email for three days. It did turn out to be the right part, so I suppose that's the main thing.
Read moreBeen ordering from them for years now and they're still my first port of call when I need something quick. The site is easy to use and I've never had a real problem with an order. Delivery was a day later than they said last time, which was a bit annoying but not the end of the world. Prices are fair for what you get and their customer team has always sorted things when I've needed them to.
Read moreOrdered a set of storage boxes for the spare room and they came in good time. The site let me track the parcel which helped. Boxes are sturdy enough, though one lid was a bit loose on arrival. Would order again.

Compared them with a couple of other sites before ordering a garden hose reel and they were more expensive than the cheapest option, though the reel is sturdy and the delivery charge was low. The hose itself lies flat and doesn't kink, which is what I wanted. Arrived in three days and was packed well. Happy enough with it.
First time ordering from them and the first thing I noticed was how carefully everything was wrapped. The checkout took a couple of minutes and the confirmation email came straight away. Delivery was quicker than I expected too, just two days. Really pleased with my order and I'd happily order again.
I'd been after a decent set of drill bits for a while and wanted something properly made, not cheap rubbish. These fit my drill well and the sizes are clearly marked. Prices are a touch above the cheapest places, but I think the quality is there. Delivery took three days which was fine.
First order from them and the item was fine but I wanted to send it back and the return form was fiddly to find. Took a few clicks to work out where to start. Refund came through eventually. Would order again but I'd check the returns page first.
